Overview and Structure

From 11-15 April 2016, DIS2016 will host a number of plenary and parallel sessions. On Monday there are plenary sessions with introductory/overview talks on different topics. From Tuesday to Thursday there are parallel sessions of the various working groups. On Friday there are plenary sessions with summary talks on the working group sessions plus a few highlight talks. The following table gives a rough outline of the conference programme (will be updated regularly).

Public Lecture "Physics and Music"

The public lecture together with a concert (poster, more info) takes place on Tuesday, 12 April, in the LAEISZHALLE, Kleiner Saal

Proceedings

The proceedings of the conference will be published in Proceedings of Science (pos.sissa.it, more info (ppt)), the open access online journal organized by SISSA, the International School for Advanced Studies based in Trieste.
The procedure for submission and the required style file is described on submission procedure .
Contributions should be 10 pages for plenary talks (including working-group summaries) and 5 pages for parallel talks. The deadline for submission is 30 June 2016.
