Proceedings
The proceedings of the conference will be published in Proceedings of Science (pos.sissa.it, more info (ppt)), the open access online journal organized by SISSA, the International School for Advanced Studies based in Trieste.
The procedure for submission and the required style file is described on submission procedure .
Contributions should be 10 pages for plenary talks (including working-group summaries) and 5 pages for parallel talks. The deadline for submission is 30 June 2016.
Introduction
Welcome to the 24th Workshop on Deep-Inelastic Scattering and Related Subjects - DIS2016. The meeting will cover a large spectrum of topics in high energy physics. A significant part of the program is devoted to the most recent results from large experiments at BNL, CERN, DESY, FNAL, JLab, and KEK. Also the relevant theoretical advances are covered in detail. The most recent DIS workshops took place in Dallas (2015), Warsaw (2014), Marseille (2013) , Bonn (2012) and Newport News (2011) .
Programme
The DIS2016 programme comprises plenary and parallel sessions and is organised around seven working groups:
WG1: Structure Functions and Parton Densities
WG2: QCD and Hadronic Final States
WG3: Electroweak Physics and Physics Beyond the Standard Model
WG4: Heavy Flavours (Charm, Beauty and Top)
WG5: Small-x and Diffraction
WG6: Spin Physics
WG7: Future Experiments
